These Countries Do Not Have An Airport


There are several cities in the world with 5-6 airports. However, these 5 countries have no airports at all. 


Here's a list of 5 countries without airports...

Andorra:




Andorra is the largest country among the ones listed here not to have an airport. The nearest airports are in Lleida, Barcelona, Toulouse and Girona. However, there are three heliports.It is the sixth smallest nation in Europe, having an area of 468 km2 (181 sq mi) and an estimated population of 85,000 in 2012


Liechtenstein:



Currently, Liechtenstein only has a heliport in the southern town of Balzers.

The nearest international airports are St. Gallen-Altenrhein Airport in Switzerland and Friedrichshafen Airport in Germany.Its area is just over 160 square kilometres (62 sq mi), and it has an estimated population of 35,000. Its capital is Vaduz.


Monaco:




Monaco does not have an airport, but there is a heliport in the Monegasque district of Fontvieille.

The nearest airport to Monaco is Cote d'Azur Airport in Nice, France.It has an area of 2.02 km2 (0.78 sq mi),and a population of 36,371, making Monaco the second smallest, and the most densely populated country in the world


San Marino:




There are no airports in San Marino. It has one heliport and a small airfield. 
The nearest airport to San Marino is Rimini's Federico Fellini Airport in Italy.Its size is just over 61 km2 (24 sq mi) with an estimated population of over 30,000.


Vatican City:



The nearest airport to the Vatican City is Rome's Ciampino Airport. The city has a heliport.It has an area of approximately 44 hectares (110 acres), and a population of just over 800. This makes Vatican City the smallest internationally recognized independent state in the world by both area and population.

Palestine:


Palestine doesnt have any airport also despite having a population of about 4 millions ...
